We met Susan over the phone because we lived out of town. Immediately we were drawn to her sincerity and warmth, not to mention her vast knowledge of the market. She always made us feel like her ONLY and most important clients. We never felt like she was too busy for us. If we couldn’t make it to Dallas to view a home then Susan would happily view a home for us-any day of the week! Not only did she keep our wants of a home in mind, but she treated us like family and made sure we were buying a home that she was comfortable with. Susan would walk into a home and tell us her honest opinion. With all of Susan’s connections and expertise, we found a home within our budget and one that would benefit us financially if we ever sold it in the future.
